Doufish is a real estate development company with specialization in high-density multi-family housing and hospitality. With entitlement, financing, and research expertise in-house, the company has been successful in identifying and developing several projects across Silicon Valley.

 

We have a proven track record of obtaining entitlements for hotels, mixed-use, and residential projects in San Jose, Palo Alto, and others with more than 1.5 million square feet of projects overall and climbing. The company handles all aspects of the entitlement process including regulatory approvals, DRE filings, zoning changes, and more. Our typical timeframe for approvals is 15 months. 

 

Leveraging our construction partners, we have experience with construction of a range of projects from single-family luxury homes to mid-rise condo projects. We pride ourselves in achieving an optimal balance between budget and quality to deliver a superior product to the marketplace.
