There are two condos on the second floor, each with access to a semi-private patio overlooking El Camino Real. Access is at either end of the central hallway. A shared bathroom is located near the entrance to Unit 2B.

Both units are exactly the same size, splitting the available floor space into two units each with individual APNs. We can combined the two units if a buyer wants. Buyers may request customization of the space, up to a budget limit, with additional features including reception, office, lab, exam rooms, and storage. There is no option for a dedicated bathroom.
